Q. How do I use the cards to check (assess) teamworking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Card Positioning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Layout the cards on a table or Miro board (or other online collaboration space).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ask the team members rank the cards by moving cards up or down, where up is better and down is worse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See the overall pattern which will show where you may want to focus improvement efforts (i.e. poorly ranking aspects).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rating<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Layout the cards. Let team members dot vote on the rating scale from Poor to Great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The poor & great statements help to anchor the scale and make it more concrete and relatable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hallmark Tickboxes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To zoom-in further on poorly rated aspects. Get the team members to dot vote on the tickboxes to get a collective view of which hallmarks are present, and by implication, lacking (not present) and to what extent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cultivators<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Get the team members to dot vote on the cultivators to get a collective view of which improvement ideas resonate and should be a focus of improvement efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, the Tools section can be a source of ideas for tools which may help cultivate greater teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
